INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 679/2016 ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF PHYSICAL PEOPLE

The use of the “contacts” service by means of the relative form on the https://www.freelytours.com site allows the User to benefit from a communication service which consists in obtaining targeted responses to the specific requests sent.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data entered (name and surname, email, telephone) and the text entered in the “Message” field (subject of the treatment), are used by Marco Romeo to send an email containing the reply to the request sent by the User and are treated in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The legal basis of the processing is to be found in the satisfaction of a request from the User and, for this purpose, is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the User’s request (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter “b” EU Reg. 679/2016).

DATA PROCESSING METHODS AND RECIPIENTS

The processing of data relating to the use of the “Contact Form” service is performed using IT and telematic media. The personal data collected will be processed exclusively by specifically appointed internal staff or by external companies specifically appointed as data processors (e.g. supply and IT assistance companies of the site).

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The data provided is used for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and will be deleted after 24 months from when the user has provided it.

CONSENT

Pursuant to articles 6 and 7 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 the collection of an express consent to the processing of the above mentioned data is not necessary as it is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the User (or initiated by the same).

PROVISION OF DATA

The use of the “Contact Form” by the User to send requests is on a discretionary basis and its use is not tied to the acceptance of other services. If the User decides to submit requests, the provision of data (name and surname, email, telephone) and the text entered are mandatory to use the service, in the absence of which the service cannot be provided.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Users who make requests through the “Contact Form” have the right to obtain access to personal data and their correction or cancellation at any time, as well as all the rights provided for in articles 15 and following of Regulation (EU) 679/2016. The request must be submitted to the Data Controller at its geographical location or by email: freelytours@gmail.com. Users who believe that the processing of their personal data through the use of this service takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority (art. 77 EU Regulation 679/2016).
